Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. How billing works

Pro costs $10.99 USD a month. The price includes any sales tax that applies and all payment processing costs, so nothing is added at checkout. You pay at the start of each month of Pro, and the subscription renews automatically on the same day every month until you cancel. The free plan is never charged.

2. No refunds

All payments for WallstDaily Pro are final and non-refundable. This includes your first payment, partly used months, months in which you didn’t use the Service, and features you didn’t use. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t refund past ones.

The free plan lets you try WallstDaily before you pay, so please make sure Pro is right for you before you subscribe.

3. Cancelling

Open your account menu (your initials, top right), choose Manage billing, then Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. You can turn the subscription back on from the same page before that date.

4. Charges made in error

If you were charged twice for the same month, charged after your cancellation took effect, or charged an amount other than the price you agreed to, email support@wallst-daily.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We will check and reverse any charge made in error. This isn’t a refund of a valid payment. It corrects a mistake.

5. Disputes

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster, and a dispute can freeze your account while it is reviewed.

6. Price changes

If the price of Pro changes, we will email you at least 30 days before it affects you. The new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived where you live.
